Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gradick is a highly experienced executive with over 50 years of business
He started his career in British Petroleum (Formerly Amoco) as an engineer and
supervisor. Also, he served at a position as V.P. of drilling with a small independent
company. Thereafter Mr. Gradick joined Texas Oil and Gas Corp. in their mid-stream
business unit and has served as a Sr. Vice President, Executive Vice President and
ultimately President. The Company was sold to the Koch brothers.
Mr. Gradick later joined J-W Energy Company as a Chief Operating Officer and
ultimately President and C.E.O. There he was able to grow the company from a
market cap of $30M to approximately $2B through organic growth and a series of
three dozen acquisitions.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mitch has seven years of experience in executive management positions, as well
as over 20 years of experience specifically in the information technologies industry.
A true entrepreneur, Joseph has started and owned businesses since his early 20's.
Joseph started off his career in IT before transitioning to owning his own company, in which he was the Founder and CEO. In his former company, he has provided services to dozens of organizations in the hi-tech, banking and government sectors.

Chief Operations Officer and Board Member
Mr. Kozy is a strategic Senior Operations Executive in the real estate industry, with 37
years of business experience. He has specialized in the manufactured home, RV, and
camping membership business space, with extensive expertise in property and
portfolio management, financial and asset management, property acquisition and
development, upgrades and expansions, business development, and customer
relations. He is currently consulting to various companies providing comprehensive
real estate professional services in the manufactured home and RV industries
including property management, audit inspections, operation evaluations, asset
management, and market analysis. He has spent 14 years with Equity LifeStyle
Properties as a Senior Operations Executive.
Mr. Kozy brings extensive expertise in financial, property and asset management.
Ms. Macgregor is a retired tax partner of Deloitte and has 29 years of public
accounting experience, as well as 12 years of business experience. As a partner, she
was serving as lead client service or lead tax partner for some of the firm's largest
clients, including private equity, global and Fortune 500 companies, as well as she has
experience representing clients on transactions.
Ms. Macgregor has extensive experience working on all phases of transactions with
financial buyers, groups of financial buyers and strategic investors. She has led
numerous complex transactions involving emerging growth companies, cross-border
transactions, and multi-billion dollar acquisitions and integrations in multiple
She has Particular expertise in combining business strategies and risk management
with business integrations and restructuring.
General Counsel and Board Member
Mr. Ragsdale is a retired general counsel and has over 50 years of business
He has spent 23 years with the Scott Paper Company in various positions.
After completing law school Mr. Ragsdale has spent five years in his law practice
before joining Simons Engineering as a General Counsel. He has spent five years
with Simons before joining Georgia-Pacific as an in-house counsel, retiring as Asst.
General Counsel in 2015. During his time with Georgia-Pacific, he led a team of 20
attorneys and paralegals that were responsible for supporting G-P's $20MM annual
procurement spend and $50-100MM capital spend.
Mr. Ragsdale also supported G-P's containerboard/packaging business, where over
a period of 15 years he led the legal work associated with over two dozen
acquisitions, venture formations, and divestitures.
Mr. Holderness has over 34 years of experience in various accounting and financial positions.
Mr. Holderness started his career as an assurance senior manager in KPMG.
Later he served as a manager of financial reporting, VP and controller, CAO and CFO in various energy companies.
He also served as the Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Concho Resources Inc. between 2008-2017.
Mr. Holderness served as the Chairman of the board of directors and Chairman of the audit committee of Penn Virginia Corporation from 2016-2021, and also as a Chief Financial Officer of ProPetro Holding Corp in 2020.
